5 Scrivo ‘sta recensione perché quando una cosa merita, va detta. Me trovavo all’autostazione de Boario Terme, in attesa del pullman, e già pensavo a come passà er tempo. Entro dentro co’ poche aspettative e invece… sorpresa delle sorprese: ambiente pulito, organizzato, er bar che profuma de cose bone e soprattutto ‘na gentilezza rara da parte de chi ce lavora. Ma veniamo al punto: la coppa gelato. Fratelli miei, una meraviglia per er palato. Io che de gelati ne ho mangiati più che mezze Italie, posso dì senza paura de esse smentito che questa era tra le migliori mai assaggiate. Il gusto che m’ha fatto veramente girà la testa? Pino Pinguino. Un nome buffo, ma fratè, che sapore! Un mix perfetto tra crema delicata, cioccolato che se scioglie come ‘n pensiero d’amore, e ‘na freschezza che te riporta alle estati de quand’eri regazzino. C’ho sentito dentro l’abbraccio de ‘na pineta e l’anima de ‘na coppa artigianale fatta co’ core. E che ve devo dì delle cameriere? Squisite, educate, sempre co’ ‘n sorriso sincero. T’accolgono come se te conoscessero da una vita, te servono precise e senza stressà. In un mondo pieno de scortesia, qui ce se sente coccolati. 5 Ci sono passata venerdì 5 agosto 2022 ad ora di pranzo mentre aspettavo l'ingresso alle Terme di Boario: luogo reso caotico dai numerosi avventori che lo hanno preso d'assalto, ma ben fornito di scelte dolci (cornetti) e salate (pizze, panini, stuzzichini, ...); in aggiunta un fornito banco di gelati artigianali, con creme anche di tipo più ricercato, come il bacio, cookies e liquirizia, oltre alle creme tradizionali ed agli immancabili gusti frutta. Le coppette sono rese "generose" dalle gentili bariste, molto pazienti, così come la cameriera. Le lavoratrici collaborano fra loro e si aiutano l'un l'altra, creando un clima di armonia pur nel caos creato dai clienti. Luogo delizioso. Nulla da eccepire. Continuate così.
5 Arrivati ad orario colazioni abbiamo però chiesto panini per il pranzo. Gentilissima signora riccia li ha preparati senza problemi. Panini e focaccia molto buoni e grandi ed anche salumi. Prezzo nella media.
